Painini is still preparing its full terms of service. This page is an interim beta notice that explains the broad rules for using the product while formal legal text is being completed.

Interim Status

These terms are intentionally brief and temporary. They are meant to set clear expectations for beta access, not to replace a finalized legal agreement.

Using the beta

• Use the product lawfully and in ways that do not harm the service or other users
• Do not attempt to abuse credits, referral mechanics, rewards, or automation flows
• Do not upload or submit content you do not have the right to use
• Understand that product behavior, features, limits, and pricing may change during beta

Product Availability

Painini is offered on a best-effort basis during beta. Features may be added, changed, paused, or removed as the product evolves.

AI and writing outputs

Painini uses AI systems to generate refinements, explanations, scores, and practice content. Those outputs can be helpful, but they are not guaranteed to be perfect. Users should review results before relying on them in important academic, professional, or public contexts.

Credits, rewards, and progression

Credits, streaks, achievements, and rewards are product mechanics provided at Painini's discretion. Abuse or manipulation of those systems may result in adjustments, resets, or account restrictions.
